You’ve done the 1-day course - what next? Your initial 1-day workshop hopefully served as a good all-round introduction to street photography; this new 2-day workshop goes much further . . .
Over a weekend in London, we will dig much deeper into the skills and techniques needed to make you a competent and confident street photographer. There will be no repetition of the ground covered on earlier workshops but there will be plenty of reinforcement and LOTS of new material which I been developing over the past year. The level could be described as ‘intermediate plus’.
If you would like to take your street photography more seriously and become more effective, then this workshop is for you. This is not about silhouettes, shadows, shafts of light etc - it’s about observational, ‘classic’ street photography in the style of Meyerowitz, Winogrand, Erwitt et al.
I will be running only two of these in 2026, initially for Collective members before opening them up to the public (at a higher price).
Learning outcomes:
Develop a clear modus operandi that works for you
Be more focused and purposeful on the street
Read the streets more effectively
Composition
Think, feel and behave like an accomplished street photographer
Stop the fear factor holding you back
Leave the workshop with a clear plan for a defined project
There will be plenty of time for one-to-one help and support and there will be daily critique of images shot during the workshop.
PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is only available to those who have completed a previous StreetSnappers workshop.
